¡Bienvenidos, Creativos!
Estamos emocionados de invitarte a nuestro Open Studio Day este miércoles 5 de febrero de 6:00 PM a 9:00 PM en New Wave Studio. Esta es una experiencia diseñada para creadores de todos los niveles que quieren explorar, aprender y crecer en un estudio fotográfico profesional.

Si estás empezando en tu carrera como fotógrafo, modelo, maquillista o diseñador, este es el lugar perfecto para ganar experiencia, ampliar tu portafolio y hacer conexiones con otros artistas que comparten tu pasión. Contaremos con un equipo profesional dispuesto a apoyarte y guiarte, ayudándote a sentirte más cómodo en el entorno de un estudio.

Detalles Importantes

• Boletos: $15 por persona.

  • Regístrate con al menos 24 horas de anticipación.

  • No se venderán boletos en la entrada, y todos los asistentes deben tener su boleto para ser admitidos.

• Capacidad limitada: 30 espacios disponibles. ¡Regístrate ahora para no perder tu lugar!

• Fotógrafos: Traigan su propio equipo de cámara. El estudio tendrá iluminación y accesorios disponibles, y también podrán rentar un disparador de luz Profoto si lo necesitan.

• Modelos: Traigan varios cambios de ropa y usen el vestidor privado en el lugar para adaptarse a diferentes estilos y conceptos.

• Colaboración creativa: Habrá tres setups creativos abiertos para que experimenten y colaboren con otros asistentes.

  • Propiedad de fotos: Las fotos serán propiedad de los fotógrafos, pero todos los involucrados podrán usarlas en sus portafolios.

DJ Photoshoot Workshop!

This one is for the DJs out there! This will be the 2nd DJ workshop we will be hosting at the studio!

Join us on February 2nd for a DJ experience like no other, there will be multiple DJ’s in the building striking a pose and playing some great music!

Photographers

We're bringing you not one, not two, but three photography stations manned by 3 in house photographers plus opening this event up to 10 more photographers to come join and take photos! We will have up to 30 sign ups for DJ’s to come by and cycle through and play some music for everyone.

This event is intended for: DJ’s and Photographers

• DJ’s looking to get their portrait / update their headshots and some cool shots in studio!

• Photographers looking to come by and snap some photos for everyone!

• Network with individuals and get to know who is out there!

The Details

WHAT: This is a Valentines’s Day themed creative studio lighting workshop. We will have three models, on three distinct sets, with three distinct aesthetics, and three distinct lighting setups. Each model will have one look that compliments the set they are assigned to.

WHERE: New Wave Studio - 1028 SE Water Ave, Suite #265

WHEN: Friday, January 24th, 2025. 6pm-9pm (If you’d like to learn more about the lighting please feel free to show up by 5pm!)

Advanced Lighting:

We invite you to join us on the evening of Monday, January 20th from 6pm-9pm for an advanced lighting workshop with George Padilla

Space is limited! This workshop will ONLY HAVE 10 SPOTS AVAILABLE as I want to provide more of a 1:1 instruction.

This event is intended for:

• Photographers who are knowledgeable with the basics of photography including using profoto flash.

• Photographers who want to learn and network with like minded individuals.

• Photographers who would like to practice lighting

Here’s what you can expect from this session:

• Special Guest: Wedding & Portrait Photographer George Padilla will be instructing 3 point lighting workshop on how to “build the shot”

  • You can bring any camera that has a hot shoe to use the wireless triggers.
